Cavalier Bremworth aims to lead the industry in reducing carpet's impact on the environment. Compared to many other interior products, wool carpet has a head start but the company is working hard to find ways to leave a gentler footprint.

All our Cavalier Bremworth and Bremworth Collection carpets have Environmental Choice New Zealand (ECNZ) certification and almost all gain the top level 4 Environmental Certification Scheme (ECS) grading from the Australian Carpet Classification Scheme ACCS).

We also have ISO 14001 accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to take responsibility for our manufacturing footprint and to continually improve our performance. The company has made a significant investment of resources and funds to ensure its manufacturing processes meet or exceed best practice.

Cavalier Bremworth is a founding member of the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) and the Environmental Choice tick means that our products automatically gain maximum credits in the Green Star NZ Office Design rating tool.

The company is actively working on a range of projects to divert used carpet away from landfills.
